Refund Policy — JFKAISLAY

All products and services sold by JFKAISLAY are digital in nature. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

Nexus — Custom AI Agent ($4,999 build + $299/month)

You may cancel within 48 hours of ordering — before the Strategy Zoom takes place — for a full refund. Once the Strategy Zoom has been completed, the build is in progress and the $4,999 build fee is non-refundable. The Strategy Zoom is where your business is scoped, your data is analysed, and your Nexus architecture is designed. This is billable work that begins immediately.

If you do not respond to scheduling requests within 14 days of ordering, your build slot is forfeited and no refund will be issued. We send multiple follow-up emails during this period.

Before your Nexus goes public, we conduct a full review together. We refine responses, adjust tone, and make changes until you approve. We do not deploy until you are satisfied.

The $299/month subscription can be cancelled anytime with 30 days notice. After cancellation, your infrastructure stays yours. Updates, tuning, and security patches will no longer be provided.

Nexus SEO — AI Catalog Optimization ($499–$2,499)

Non-refundable once work has begun. We contact you within 24 hours of purchase to begin processing. If you need to cancel, do so before we start the work.

ChatGPT Sales Scanner ($99)

Non-refundable once the scan has begun. We contact you within 24 hours of purchase to request your store URL. If you need to cancel, do so before we begin the scan.

Shopify Mastery — Course ($299)

Non-refundable. Access to course materials and the AI tutor passphrase is granted immediately after purchase. Once delivered, the purchase cannot be reversed.

Chargebacks

All orders are documented with email correspondence, scheduling records, and delivery confirmations. Fraudulent chargebacks — disputes filed after work has been completed or access has been granted — may result in permanent account suspension and collection action.
