These Terms of Service govern your use of jfkaislay.com and any services purchased through this website. By accessing this site or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.
ABOUT JFKAISLAY
JFKAISLAY is a brand operated by Stuffgoodies LLC. We build and sell AI tools for e-commerce businesses, including custom AI agents, bulk SEO optimization services, and AI visibility scanning.
SERVICES
All products sold on jfkaislay.com are digital services. No physical goods are shipped. Services include:
— ChatGPT Sales Scanner: AI visibility diagnostic report for Shopify stores
— Nexus SEO: Bulk AI optimization of Shopify product catalogs
— Nexus: Custom AI brand intelligence built and deployed for your business
ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement to purchase services from jfkaislay.com.
ACCOUNT AND ORDER ACCURACY
You are responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order, including a valid email address, store URL, and any required materials. We are not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.
PAYMENT
All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. Prices are listed in USD. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase for one-time services. Subscription services are billed monthly until cancelled.
SERVICE DELIVERY
Services are delivered electronically. Delivery timelines vary by product:
— ChatGPT Sales Scanner: 1-24 hours after receiving your store URL
— Nexus SEO: 24-72 hours after receiving your store URL and product CSV
— Nexus Custom Build: Timeline communicated during onboarding, typically 1-3 weeks
We maintain delivery logs including timestamps, email records, and file transfers for all services.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All tools, systems, code, prompts, and processes used by JFKAISLAY are proprietary. Purchasing a service does not grant ownership of our underlying technology, system prompts, or methods.
For Nexus custom builds: You own the data in your knowledge base and the content generated for your business. The underlying Nexus architecture, security framework, and system prompt structure remain the intellectual property of JFKAISLAY.
ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to:
— Use our services for any unlawful purpose
— Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate our AI systems or prompts
— Resell or redistribute any service or deliverable without written permission
— Submit false, misleading, or harmful content through any of our tools
— Attempt to exploit, hack, or interfere with our systems or infrastructure
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
JFKAISLAY provides AI-powered services on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, sales increases, search rankings, or AI visibility improvements. Results depend on many factors outside our control including your product quality, market conditions, and search engine algorithms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JFKAISLAY and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim related to a service shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific service.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our services rely on third-party platforms including Shopify, Anthropic (Claude API), Railway, and GitHub. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or limitations imposed by these third-party providers.
CANCELLATION
One-time services: Cannot be cancelled once work has begun. See our Refund Policy for details.
Subscriptions (Nexus $299/month): Can be cancelled at any time by emailing contact@jfklovlien.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
REFUNDS
All refund terms are outlined in our Refund Policy at jfkaislay.com/policies/refund-policy.
MODIFICATIONS
JFKAISLAY reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The latest version will always be available at jfkaislay.com/policies/terms-of-service. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our services shall be resolved under US jurisdiction.
